#7433 - Cyrus Cameron Powers - Son of Nancy Richmond

 #7433.  Cyrus C. Powers (9), born April 7, 1854 and died January 9, 1916. 

Cyrus Cameron Powers was living with his father in Bureau Co., Illinois.  They were farmers in Section 32 of Tiskilwa, Bureau County.

In Creston, Iowa, Cameron Cyrus Powers bred horses as listed in the United States Trotting Association.  He was also listed in a Modern Woodman publication.

In 1910 Philena (Powers) Burwell was living with her brother, Cyrus Cameron Powers, and his family.

In 1920 Philena Buswell was living with George (age 28) & Clara (age 25) Munson.  Living next door was the widowed Jennie L. Powers, Clara Munson's mother, and also Jennie's single daughter Fannie.  Fannie was living with her sister Clara and Clara's family in 1930.

Jennie L. Powers died in 1927.  Frances (Fannie) died in 1938. Clara (Powers) Munson (b. 1894), died on September 9, 1945 and is buried in Gracelawn Cemetery, in Union County, Iowa.

Katherine (Powers) Jenks, wife of Roy, was also buried in Gracelawn Cemetery.
