Joshua Richmond & Elizabeth Penn

Joshua Richmond's parents were Loring & Charlotte (Stearns) Richmond. He married Elizabeth Penn, daughter of Joel Penn, in Campbell County, Kentucky, on 3 July 1839. Elizabeth possibly had a brother, Stacy Penn, whose bio is located here.
