The J.B. Richmond book is online
The book is divided up into smaller PDF files. I haven't opened up their PDF files since I have my own copy of the J.B. Richmond book, but the link may help others and may help me put fewer images from the book on the blog.

I'm not sure if I'm missing something or if I'm more computer illiterate than I thought, but do you know of a link that has the book available online? This link isn't working for me.
